PUNXSUTAWNEY –The Punxsy Chucks had no trouble at all with the Mounties of Phillipsburg Friday night, picking up a 47-0 win.

The Chucks won four of their last five games to finish at 4-6 on the season. Phillipsburg ends at 1-9.

Punxsy scored four first quarter touchdowns and led 41-0 at the half.

For Punxsutawney j unior Dustin Guidish led the way with five touchdowns and 162 rushing yards. With the 162 yards rushing Gudish went over 1,000 yards on the season. Mike London and Joe Smelko scored the other two Punxsy touchdowns with quarterback Joe Martin tossing two touchdown passes.

Defensively the Chucks limited Phillipsburg to just 24 total offensive yards and no pass completions. The Punxsy defense forced two fumbles and had an interception.
