Semifinal games in Class 1A boys and girls will take place Wednesday, Feb. 28.
In boys’ action, top-seeded North Clarion will take on fourth-seeded Johnsonburg at 7:30 p.m. at Brookville High School, while second-seeded Elk County Catholic will face third-seeded Cameron County at 8:15 p.m. at St. Marys High School.
Girls’ semifinal action will see top-seeded North Clarion facing off against fifth-seeded Elk County Catholic at 5:45 p.m. at Brookville High School, while second-seeded Otto-Eldred takes on third-seeded A-C Valley at 6 p.m. at St. Marys High School.
Semifinal action in Class 2A boys and girls will be Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Boys’ action will see top-seeded Ridgway facing fifth-seeded Clarion at 7:30 p.m. at DuBois High School and second-seeded Coudersport taking on sixth-seeded Brockway at 7:30 p.m. at St. Marys High School.
In girls’ play, top-seeded Kane faces fifth-seeded Keystone at 6 p.m. at DuBois High School while second-seeded Coudersport takes on third-seeded Cranberry at 6 p.m. at St. Marys High School.
The Class 4A championship games will take place Wednesday, Feb. 28, at DuBois High School.
Second-seeded St. Marys will play top-seeded Punxsutawney at 6 p.m. in the girls’ title game with top-seeded Bradford taking on second-seeded Clearfield at 7:30 p.m.
The Class 3A boys’ and girls’ championship games have not yet been released.
Nor is there any word on what District 9’s plans for the Class 1A and Class 2A championship and consolation games.
