CLARION, Pa. – One week in and there is already a new No. 1 team in the Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com District 9 Football Rankings with Kane taking over the top spot in the rankings released Aug. 30.
Right behind the Wolves is DuBois following its mild upset of previous No. 2 Clearfield, which falls into a third-place tie with former No. 1 Karns City and Brockway, which moves up a spot from No. 4 to round out the top five.
Rounding out the Top 10 are Curwensville at No. 6, Redbank Valley at No. 7, Ridgway at No. 8, Elk County Catholic at No. 9 and Bradford in at No. 10. Coudersport drops out of this week’s rankings.
There are no Top 10 matchups on the slate for Week One.
