BOYS’ SOCCER

PORT ALLEGANY 7, NORTHERN POTTER 2

PORT ALLEGANY, Pa. – Howie Stuckey scored twice, including his 50th career goal, and Shawn McNeil had the hat trick to lift Port Allegany to a 7-2 win over visiting Northern Potter.

Stuckey’s first goal of the game gave him 50 and he finished the day with 51 tallies.

AJ Edgell and River Cramer each found the back of the net once for the Gators with Simon Burleson, Jordan Card, Jesse Wright and Parker Jack each recording assists.

AJ Lehman and Ryan Langworthy tallied the goals for the Panthers.

Caden Roys made seven saves in net for Port Allegany while Pat Lehman made 11 for Northern Potter.

BROCKWAY 5, KANE 0

BROCKWAY, Pa. – Dylan Antonuccio had three goals to help Brockway pick up a 5-0 victory over visiting Kane.

Jared Marchiori and Ryan Lin also found the back of the net for the Rovers. Noah Bash, Marcus Bennett, Linkin Nicholas and Lin each got assists.

Lewis Painter earned the shutout.

KARNS CITY 1, PUNXSUTAWNEY 0

KARNS CITY, Pa. – Nate Boyden made six saves, several spectacular, to lift Karns City to a 1-0 win over visiting Punxsutawney.

Nate Rondinelli scored the game’s only goal in the 20th minute off a feed from Brayden Christie to help keep the Gremlins unbeaten at 9-0.

ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 6, COUDERSPORT 5, 2 OTS

COUDERSPORT, Pa. – Regis Wortman scored the game-winner in double overtime to lift Elk County Catholic, which played a man down from the six-minute mark of the first half onward, to a 6-5 win at Coudersport.

CLEARFIELD 1, HUNTINGDON 0, 2 OTS

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Hugh Brickley’s goal in the 98th minute (double overtime) lifted visiting Clearfield to a 1-0 win over Huntingdon.

Andrew Lopez assisted on the game-winner, and Graeson Graves made six saves to get the shutout for the Bison.

Isaac Snare stopped seven of eight shots for the Bearcats.

VOLLEYBALL

KANE 3, DUBOIS CENTRAL CATHOLIC 0

KANE, Pa. – Audri Marconi had 11 kills, nine digs and a block to lead Kane to a 3-0 (25-10, 25-18, 25-21) win over visiting DuBois Central Catholic.

Sarri Swanson added seven kills and a block for the Lady Wolves, while Kalen Johnson had six kills, six digs and a block.

Moira Stanisch ran the Kane offense with 23 assists and added three aces and five digs, while Kelsie Alexander chipped in eight digs, Emma Ely seven digs and Ronnie Costanzo five digs and four aces.

Shay Gulvas had 24 digs and four aces for DCC while Bella Mangiantini had eight kills and Maia Cogley 15 assists and four kills.

COUDERSPORT 3, SMETHPORT 0

SMETHPORT, Pa. – Paige Watson had nine kills, three blocks, three aces and two digs to help Coudersport to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-14) road win over Smethport.

Mikayla Gunn added 33 digs and a kill for th Lady Falcons, while Vanessa VanWhy had four kills, six digs and an ace and Lauren Stimaker 23 assists and two kills.

Mykayla Deyarmin had nine kills, five digs and three assists for Smethport with Alexis Shall adding five kills, 10 digs, five blocks and three aces.

OSWAYO VALLEY 3, OTTO-ELDRED 2

DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Oswayo Valley held off a comeback attempt by Otto-Eldred to pick up a 3-2 (25-23, 25-20, 24-26, 25-17, 15-13) win on the road over the Lady Terrors.

Macy West led the Green Wave with 10 kills, eight blocks, five aces and a dig, while Johanna Dickerson added six kills, six blocks, eight aces and two digs and Mikayla Bell 35 digs.

Trinity Lundy ran the offense for Oswayo Valley with 11 assists and added 15 digs and two aces.

Emmalee Sheeler ran Otto-Eldred’s offense with 35 set assists with many going to Reilly Raught, who had 17 kills and five blocks. Haley Cousins added 11 kills and five digs and Jadelyn Spinney had 17 digs and five kills.

REDBANK VALLEY 3, MONITEAU 1

WEST SUNBURY, Pa. – Behind 12 kills and two blocks from Taylor King visiting Redbank Valley defeated Moniteau, 3-1 (25-12, 20-25, 25-12, 25-15).

Becca Kunselman also added 12 kills for the Lady Bulldogs with Montana Hetrick contributing 11 kills.

Lauren Smith and Brooke Holben each had four aces for Redbank Valley with Tara Hinderliter setting up the offense with 37 assists while adding three aces.

Aslyn Pry paced Moniteau with 10 kills, three aces and a block, while Sam Boerman added four kills, three blocks and an ace. Logan Barnhart ran the offense with 15 assists while adding three aces.

KEYSTONE 3, NORTH CLARION 0

FRILLS CORNERS, Pa. – Keystone picked up a 3-0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-20) victory over North Clarion on the road.

Jozee Weaver led the Lady Panthers with nine kills while McKenna Kaye added four. Emma Burrows had nine digs and Alexandria Johnston had nine assists.

KARNS CITY 3, CLARION-LIMESTONE 0

STRATTANVILLE, Pa. – Ashley Fox and Mackenzie Dunn combined for 37 digs to help visiting Karns City sweep Clarion-Limestone, 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-23).

Fox accounted for 22 digs while Dunn had 15. Peyton Turner ran the Lady Gremlins offense with nine assists with Emily Huff chipping in five kills and 10 digs. Cassidy Nolan added four kills and Emma Clark had three kills and four digs.

Ella Smith and Brooke Kessler paced the Lady Lions with two kills apiece. Regan Husted had four assists and Ruby Smith added six digs.

CAMERON COUNTY 3, NORTHERN POTTER 0

EMPORIUM, Pa. – Behind eight blocks and 11 kills from Hailey Hilfiger, Cameron County swept visiting Northern Potter, 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-18).

Morgan Lorenzo had five kills and 12 digs for the Lady Red Raiders while Mallory McKimm added six kills. Reggie Goodrow had a team-high 24 set assists.

CURWENSVILLE 3, RIDGWAY 2

RIDGWAY, Pa. – Curwensville rallied from a two-set deficit to defeat Ridgway, 3-2 (16-25, 21-25, 25-17, 25-20, 15-13) on the road.

Emma Caldwell ran the Lady Tide offense with 22 assists. Erica Buck tallied nine kills while Tarah Jacobson chipped in for eight.

DUBOIS 3, BRADFORD 1

DUBOIS, Pa. – Cayla Donahue and Sydney Kaschalk combined for 39 kills and led DuBois to a 3-1 (25-15, 22-25, 28-26, 25-10) victory over visiting Bradford.

Donahue led the Lady Beavers with 20 kills while Kaschalk added 19. Kaschalk also had eight blocks while Cate Gregory ran the offense with 45 assists and added seven digs.

SHEFFIELD 3, BROCKWAY 0

SHEFFIELD, Pa. – Sheffield swept visiting Brockway, 3-0 (25-23, 25-18, 25-10).

Megan Johnson led the Lady Wolverines with 12 assists and 11 digs. Annabel Sheldon tallied 10 digs while Emily Leichtenberger had five kills.

BROOKVILLE 3, ST. MARYS 0

ST. MARYS, Pa. – Brookville swept to a 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-16) road win over St. Marys.

Morgan Johnson had 19 kills to lead Brookville with Maggie Mackins adding eight kills and two blocks and Lauren Hergert eight kills and three blocks.

For St. Marys, Maddie Bowes had 26 digs.

UNION 3, VENANGO CATHOLIC 0

RIMERSBURG, Pa. – Union topped visiting Venango Catholic, 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-12).

Dominika Logue led the Golden Damsels with six kills while Emma Pritchard tallied five. Hailey Kriebel and Drew Davis each had four kills with Morgan Cumberland racking up 20 assists.

For Venango Catholic, Hope Winger had a kill and three blocks while Natalie Janidlo had nine digs.

CLARION 3, FOREST AREA 0

CLARION, Pa. – Using 23 aces, Clarion rolled past visiting Forest Area, 3-0 (25-5, 25-5, 25-5).

Korrin Burns had nine aces and eight kills to lead the Lady Cats with Kait Constantino adding seven kills and six aces and Jordan Best four aces.

Brenna Campbell had 15 assists for Clarion.

GALETON 3, AUSTIN 0

AUSTIN, Pa. – Alli Macensky had 11 kills and a block and Alexis Johnson added seven kills, four aces and four digs to lift visiting Galeton to a 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-9) win over Austin.

Cara Parsell added nine digs and six aces for the Lady Tigers, Lauren Saulley had six digs, two aces and an assist, Kate Kulish chipped in seven assists, two aces and two digs, Makenna Shuemaker had nine digs, three aces and two assists and Tressa Succowich contributed three digs, three kills and two assists.

Taylor Brewer had five kills and two blocks for Austin with Kylie Welsh adding five kills and a block.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

BROCKWAY 7, KANE 0

BROCKWAY, Pa. – Danielle Wood and Chanell Britten each found the back of the net three times to help Brockway shutout visiting Kane, 7-0.

Morgan Decker also had a goal for the Lady Rovers. Morgan Lindemuth had a pair of assists with Katie McMeekin and Emily Botwright each assisting on one.

Mackenzie Overbeck made 15 saves to earn the shutout.

KARNS CITY 2, CLARION 0

KARNS CITY, Pa. – Ally Fennell had a goal and an assist to lead Karns City to a 2-0 win over visiting Clarion.

Alexis Moore also scored for the Lady Gremlins, while McKenna Lavella added a helper.

REDBANK VALLEY 5, PUNXSUTAWNEY 1

NEW BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Carley Shick scored a goal in each half to lead Redbank Valley to a 5-1 win over visiting Punxsutawney.

Teja Hageter, Brooke Eberle and Rhiannon Laughlin also scored for the Lady Bulldogs with Quinn Fricko, Josey Adams and Bailey Laughlin chipping in with assists.

Kassidy Lee got the win in net for Redbank Valley.

CURWENSVILLE 3, ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 2

CURWENSVILLE, Pa. – Emma Rebar scored twice to help Curwensville to a 3-2 win over visiting Elk County Catholic.

Chloe Davis also scored for the Golden Tide, while Breanne Spencer had a pair of assists.

Julia Toncich and Italia Cicone scored the goals for ECC.

Maura Bunnell made 10 saves to get the win.
