GIRLS

KARNS CITY 7, CLARION 0

KARNS CITY, Pa. – Brooke Stahlman had the hat trick and freshman Olivia Rumbaugh added a pair of goals to lift Karns City to a 7-0 win over visiting Clarion.

Hunter Dittman got the Lady Gremlins on the board with an early goal, and McKenna Lavella also scored for Karns City.

BROOKVILLE 7, PUNXSUTAWNEY 0

BROOKVILLE, Pa. – Madi McAnich’s hat trick helped Brookville to a 7-0 win over visiting Punxsutawney.

McAninch scored the first two goals for the Lady Raiders and then netted Brookville’s sixth goal as well.

Leila Heagy added a pair of goals in the win with Hannah Peterson and Jillian Taylor also scoring. Taylor’s goal was on a penalty kick.

Avery Gilhousen was not tested in net to record the shutout.

BOYS

NORTHERN POTTER 6, TOWANDA 0

TOWANDA, Pa. – Foster Kosa had a goal and three assists to lead visiting Northern Potter to a 6-0 win over Towanda.

Foster assisted on first-half tallies from AJ Lehman, Dakota Perkins and Carter Ander, which were goals three through five for the Panthers, before recording the lone goal of the second half.

Tre Slawson and Ryan Langworthy got the scoring started for Northern Potter at 15:51 and then at 16:53 respectively.

The game was played in quarters because of the heat to give the players water breaks.

Holden Cowburn made three saves to get the shutout.

Bryant Green had three stops in net for Towanda.
