C-L's Johnston makes District 9 History & joins 14 additional players on Honor Roll
SHIPPENVILLE – For the second time this season, Clearfield’s Josh Harbold is the District 9 Player of the Week sponsored by D9Sports.Com.

In Week Seven, Harbold rushed 20 times for 341 yards and three touchdowns to lead the unbeaten Bisons (7-0) to a 36-12 win over Clarion (5-2) Friday night.

Harbold scored on first-half runs of 48 and 8 yards while adding a 68-yard third-quarter scoring scamper.

In another notable achievement this week, Clarion-Limestone’s Hayden Johnston was 8-for-11 passing for 238 yards and five touchdowns while running three times for 48 yards in a 57-12 win over Union. With the yardage, Johnston becomes the first known District 9 quarterback to have 4,000 career passing yards (4,166) and 2,000 career rushing yards (2,025).

Joining Harbold and Johnston, who appears on the Honor Roll, in being honored this week are 14 additional players on the District 9 Honor Roll. The Honor Roll recipients are listed below in alphabetical order by school.
