DUBOIS TO HOST COATESVILLE OCT. 1 |
| DUBOIS – DuBois no longer has an off-week in Week Five, as the Beavers have filled their Oct. 1
open date with Coatesville, a Class AAAA team from District 1 (near Philadelphia).
The game will be a 7 p.m. contest at DuBois’ E.J. Mansell Stadium, and all tickets will be general admission. Coatesville, which went 4-7 last season, are off to a 2-0 start this year with wins over Owen J. Roberts (41-2) and Penn Wood (41-14). The Red Raiders were in need of a game after a scheduling error has them playing at Chester Oct. 2 but Chester playing at Academy Park Oct. 1 and Coatesville Oct. 9. DuBois is also 2-0 on the season with shutout wins over Central Mountain and Punxsutawney. |
