In the Power Formula, a team gets two points for each Class AAAA team it plays regardless of result, 1.5 points for each Class AAA team it plays regardless of result, 1 point for each Class AA it plays regardless of result and .5 point for each Class A team it plays regardless of result. Because these points will not change throughout the season and are basically predetermined PR-SP indicates the total number of Power Rating Schedule Points the team will accumulate in an entire season. The second half of the D9 Power Rating Formula awards teams five points for each win. Because this number can change week-to-week, the PR Total line is the PR-SP total plus each team's win points divided by 2 updated for the current week.
In the AML, up to four teams Schedule Points may change at the end of the season due to the AML Title Game causing a need for schedules to be slightly altered.
