COUDERSPORT – Coudersport (7-0) raced out to a 21-0 lead at the end of the first quarter on its way to a 41-6 win over Ridgway (0-7) Friday night in AML Crossover action.

The win clinches the AML North title for Coudersport, who will face a yet to be determined team from the AML South in the AML Championship game in two weeks on the road. It will be the fourth straight AML Title game for the Falcons, who are 0-3 the last three years and are looking for their first-ever AML Title.

Coudersport, thanks to Clarion’s win over Clarion-Limestone, also now controls its own destiny in terms of getting the top seed in the upcoming District 9 Class A Playoffs. If the Falcons win out, they will be the No. 1 seed.
