QUESTION & ANSWER
Q: The offense has changed this year to a more power running style with, of course, still a heavy dose of passing after last year where it was more of a spread formation with a lot of quarterback option pass/run calls. How has the adjustment gone so far?
A: Very well because it gives us more balance attack and makes it more difficult to defend against us.

Q: Your dad is one of the coaches for Moniteau, and he has also been your high school basketball coach during your career. What are some of the challenges that come from having a parent as one of your coaches? What are some of the benefits?
A: Challenge: Sometimes the coaching isn't left on the field.  He is Definitely tougher on me then anyone else. Benefit: Better prepared for games. We watch a lot of game films together, and he knows me better then anyone else so it makes me better.
Q: Moniteau has been in contention for the district and KSAC title the last couple of seasons but has come up short. How much does achieving one or both of these goals motivate you?
A: Moniteau is not yet considered a top-notch team by many, and we want to prove that we are just as good. Moniteau hasn't been able to win either of these titles, and we want to be the team to make it happen.
Q: You are a quarterback who can pass and run. Which do you prefer and why?
A: Pass , because I love the challenge of reading the defenses to find  my receivers and it helps us move the ball quicker down the field.

Q: What are your plans after high school?
A: Play college football and study sports management.
