SHIPPENVILLE – Otto-Eldred quarterback Noah Colbert is the fifth RRR Roadhouse D9Sports.com District 9 Football Player of the Week for the 2009 season after leading the Terrors to a come-from-behind 35-29, triple overtime win at Sheffield Saturday afternoon.

Colbert was 9 of 18 passing for 122 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing for four yards and a touchdown. He threw a touchdown pass and ran for a touchdown in the fourth quarter rallying the Terrors from a 21-6 deficit entering the quarter to force overtime. He then threw his third touchdown pass of the game in the first overtime to stake Otto-Eldred to the lead.

Joining Colbert in being honored this week are 16 players on the RRR Roadhouse D9Sports.com Honor Roll including Colbert’s teammate Justin Bird.

Colbert is the second player from Otto-Eldred to earn D9Sports.com District 9 Player of the Week honors joining Travis Bair, who earned the award in 2007.
