PORT ALLEGANY - Andy Lippert ran for 202 yards, including the go ahead touchdown on the first play of the final stanza, as Cameron County won its third straight ML North regular-season title by defeating Port Allegany 14-7 on Homecoming Weekend at Port Allegany.

Port Allegany had the first chance to score, but had a 26 yard field goal attempt blocked in the first quarter.

Late in the first quarter, Cameron County began an 80 yard scoring drive that concluded 27 seconds into the second quarter with a Jason Blose 1-yard touchdown run to give Cameron County a 6-0 lead. Lippert rushed for 70 of the 80 yards on that scoring drive. 

Port Alleghany bounced back in the third quarter with a six play, 47 yard scoring drive capped off by a Matt Bodamer 15-yard touchdown pass to Lucas Kline. Seth Lowery's PAT gave the Gators a 7-6 lead. Bodamer finished threw for 113 yards on 10-of-16 accuracy and no interceptions. Kline hauled in four catches for 59 yards.

The Raiders responded with Lippert finishing off a 67-yard drive with a 3-yard touchdown run on the first play of the fourth quarter to put Cameron County ahead for good. The winning score was set up by a 14 yard quarterback sneak by Blose on a fourth-and-three to end the third quarter.
