DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO NOV. 26-27 DISTRICT 9 PLAYOFF FOOTBALL GAMES

Directions are meant as a guide only. Please consult a map for accurate directions or call the appropriate high school.

CLEARFIELD VS. SHIKELLAMY AT SHAMOKIN'S KEMP MEMORIAL STADIUM

LOCATION: Shamokin's Kemp Memorial Stadium

DATE/TIME: Friday, Nov. 26, 7 p.m.

DIRECTIONS FROM: Clearfield

(Some of the  directions here were found on The Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference web site)

1. Take Interstate 80 Eat to Exit 224

2. Take Exit 224 to PA 54 South

3. Take PA 54 South to West Valley Avenue/PA 487 making a slight right onto West Valley Ave./PA 487

4. Take West Valley Ave./PA 487 to PA 61 South into Shamokin

5. As you enter Shamokin turn right at the Cameron Bridge (there are sings before the bridge and after it to the school)

6. Turn left at the light across the bridge on to 2nd Street

7. At the first red light turn right on Walnut Street (follow the signs to the high school)

8. Continue straight to the T in the road and turn left at the stop sign at Woodlawn Ave.

9. Go straight down the hill until the second stop sign (road comes to another T) and turn right on Lynn Street

10. Continue straight to the second stop sign at Jackson St. Kemp Memorial Stadium is on the left.   

BROCKWAY VS. OLIVER AT CLARION'S MEMORIAL STADIUM (Return to top of page)

LOCATION: Clarion University's Memorial Stadium

DATE/TIME: Friday, Nov. 26, 7 p.m.

DIRECTIONS FROM: Brockway

1. Take Route 28 South to Interstate 80

2. Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 62

3. At the end of the exit ramp make a right onto Route 68 West toward Clarion (Wal-Mart will be to the front on the left)

4. Route 68 West becomes South 5th Ave. Follow to Main St./US-322.

5. At the stop light on Main Street, make a left (left-hand turning lane is available) and follow Main Street to the edge of town. Memorial Stadium is directly in front of you. The road bends 90 degree to the right. You will pass the stadium and immediately past the stadium is a right-hand turn for stadium parking. Handicap parking is available at the upper portion of the stadium proper (You would basically go straight instead of following Main Street to the right driving into the gates at the stadium).

DIRECTIONS FROM: Pittsburgh

1. Take Route 28 North to Kittanning

2. As the freeway comes to an end stay in the right-hand lane and merge onto Route 422 East/Route 28 North

3. As the freeway comes to an end stay in the left lane continuing on Route 28 North/Route 66 North toward New Bethlehem

4. In New Bethlehem, take a left onto Route 66 North at 2nd light

5. Follow Route 66 North to the intersection with I-80

6. Get in left-hand lane and make left onto I-80 West

1. Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 62

2. At the end of the exit ramp make a right onto Route 68 West toward Clarion (Wal-Mart will be to the front on the left)

3. Route 68 West becomes South 5th Ave. Follow to Main St./US-322.

4. At the stop light on Main Street, make a left (left-hand turning lane is available) and follow Main Street to the edge of town. Memorial Stadium is directly in front of you. The road bends 90 degree to the right. You will pass the stadium and immediately past the stadium is a right-hand turn for stadium parking. PORT ALLEGANY VS. CURWENSVILLE AT FRANK VARISCHETTI FIELD IN BROCKWAY (Return to top of page)

LOCATION: Frank Varischetti Stadium in Brockway 

DATE/TIME: Saturday, Nov. 21, 1 p.m.

DIRECTIONS FROM: Port Allegany

1. Take Route 6 West to Route 219 South

2. Take Route 219 South to Route 28 South in Brockway

3. Take Route 29 South. Turn right before the pizza shop. Parking is available near the stadium.

DIRECTIONS FROM: Curwensville 

1. Take PA 879 to Interstate 80

2. Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 97

3. Merge onto Route 219 North toward Brockway

4. Turn left onto Route 28 South

5. Turn right before the pizza shop. Parking is available near the stadium.
