                                Friday or Saturday - Nov. 11 or Nov. 12 - #2 seed vs. #3 seed   (at neutral site)

                                                                Championship game:

Friday or Saturday – Nov. 18 or Nov. 19 -#1-#4 winner vs. #2-#3 winner (at neutral site)
