SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. – As the new football season gets ready to kick off Friday night, here are the Aug. 20, 2019, preseason Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com Football Rankings.
Coming off an unbeaten regular season last year, Clearfield checks in at No. 1 followed by Clarion, Ridgway, Brookville and Redbank Valley rounding out the Top Five.
The second half of the Top 10 sees Brockway at No. 6, Coudersport at No. 7, DuBois at No. 8, Elk County Catholic at No. 9 and Curwensville at No. 10.
There are two Top 10 matchups in the opening week of the season including DuBois and Clearfield and Curwensville at Elk County Catholic.
