SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Clarion vs. West Middlesex and Cranberry vs. Laurel PIAA softball quarterfinal games scheduled for Thursday, June 6, have been postponed until Friday, June 7.
Both games will remain at the same time at Slippery Rock University.
Cranberry will play Laurel at noon while Clarion will play West Greene at 2 p.m.
Both contests will still be broadcast on exploreRadio.
The other two PIAA quarterfinal games involving District 9 teams – Clearfield vs. Avonworth in Class 3A and DuBois Central Catholic vs. Claysburg-Kimmel in Class 1A – are still being played as scheduled.
The PIAA Class 1A quarterfinal baseball game between Elk County Catholic and Bishop McCort is also still being played.
