DUBOIS, Pa. – Chanell Britten scored four times to lead defending champion Brockway back to the District 9 Class 1A soccer championship game with a 7-1 victory over Curwensville at DuBois High School.

Morrigan Decker added two goals and an assist for the Lady Rovers, who are making their fourth straight appearance in the title game having won titles in 2016 and 2018.
Also for top-seeded Brockway, Danielle Wood scored and added an assist with Morrigan Lindemuth chipping in a helper as well.
Haylee Mullins scored Curwensville’s goal.
Brockway will play in the District 9 title game vs. seventh-seeded Elk County Catholic Thursday.

DUBOIS, Pa. – The Cinderella ride continues for the Elk County Catholic girls’ soccer team.
Rylie Belsole scored with just 6:16 to play to lift the seventh-seeded Lady Crusaders to a 1-0 win over third-seeded Redbank Valley and into the District 9 Class 1A championship game.
Julia Toncich had the assist on the Belsole goal, while Kara VanEerden recorded the shutout for ECC, which will play top-seeded Brockway in the title game Thursday.
The Lady Crusaders had lost twice to Redbank Valley during the regular season falling at home to the Lady Bulldogs, 2-1 in overtime, Oct. 3, and then losing 1-0 at Redbank Valley Oct. 14.
