OTTO-ELDRED 56, PORTVILLE (N.Y.) 54

DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Behind 23 points, five rebounds, five blocks and four steals from Camryn Thomas Otto-Eldred won the championship game of the Randy Stebbins Memorial Tournament at Otto-Eldred, 56-54, over Portville (N.Y.).

Thomas was named to the All-Tournament team as was Ali Cousins, who was named the tournament MVP. cousins had 12 points, three rebounds, three steals and three assists in the title game with Emily Smith chipping in five points and six rebounds.

Karly Welty netted 23 points for Portville (N.Y.).

OSWAYO VALLEY 50, SHEFFIELD 41

DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Shayla Bickel had 20 points and Macy West chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds to help Oswayo Valley to a 50-41 win over Sheffield in the consolation game of the Randy Stebbins Memorial Tournament at Otto-Eldred.

Karina West added eight points and 12 rebounds for the Green Wave.

DUBOIS 57, CENTRAL MOUNTAIN 30

DUBOIS, Pa. – Chelsea DeSalve scored 23 points to help DuBois to a 57-30 win over visiting Central Mountain.

Ashley Hallowell added 19 points and 18 rebounds for the Lady Beavers. Neither DeSalve nor Hallowell played in the fourth quarter.

BISHOP MCCORT 63, PUNXSUTAWNEY 45

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Clara Wilson netted 18 points to help Bishop McCort to a 63-45 win over visiting Punxsutawney.

Bella Hunt and Mikayla Martin each chipped in 13 points for Bishop McCort.

Leah Miller had 11 points and 13 rebounds for Punxsutawney with Riley Presloid and Sarah Weaver each scoring 12 points and Kate Horner chipped in seven assists and two points.

BOYS

OTTO-ELDRED 40, OSWAYO VALLEY 34

DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Behind tournament MVP Dylan Close’s 14 points, Otto-Eldred topped rival Oswayo Valley, 40-34, in the championship game of the Randy Stebbins Memorial Tournament at Otto-Eldred.

Jordan Sherwood added eight points and nine rebounds and was named to the All-Tournament team for the Terrors.

Theo Henry, who was also named All-Tournament, had a game-high 18 points for Oswayo Valley, which actually led 12-11 at halftime before Otto-Eldred took a 23-22 lead going into the fourth quarter.

GALETON 57, PORTVILLE (N.Y.) 39

DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Evan Brooks had 21 points to lead Galeton to a 57-39 win over Portville (N.Y.) in the consolation game of the Randy Stebbins Tip-Off Tournament at Otto-Eldred.

Isaiah Shuemaker and Julian Martinez each added 13 points for the Tigers.

Caden Keim paced Portville with 12 tallies.

RICHLAND 82, ST. MARYS 46

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Trevy Hardison scored 22 points to lead Richland to an 82-46 win over visiting St. Marys.

Nathan Schneider led the Dutch with 16 points with Jarod Groll adding 11 tallies.

MERCER 53, MONITEAU 22

WEST SUNBURY, Pa. – Jimmy Amon and Josh Bretz combined to score 30 points, as visiting Mercer handled Moniteau, 53-22.

Amon led the Mustangs with a game-high 16 points with Bretz adding 14.

Ross Tenney had 14 for Moniteau, which trailed 10-0 at the end of a quarter and 21-7 at halftime.
