MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The PIAA has announced that the Karns City vs. Loyalsock Twp. Class A girls’ semifinal game will be played at 7 p.m. Tuesday at DuBois High School.
The Lady Gremlins reached the semifinals with a 3-2 come-from-behind win over three-time PIAA finalist Greensburg Central Catholic Saturday, while Loyalsock Twp., the third-place out of the District 4, beat WPIAL runner-up Charleroi 1-0.
The winner of Tuesday’s semifinal game will face the winner of the other semifinal, also being played Tuesday, between District 3 champion Trinity and District 4 champion Warrior run in the PIAA championship match at 5 p.m. Friday in Hershey.
