CLARION, Pa. – An intriguing KSAC vs. North Tier League matchup is in store Tuesday night on Laurel Eye Clinic KSAC Hoops on exploreClarion.com when Coudersport brings its unbeaten record south to take on the Clarion Bobcats in a battle of two of the top teams in District 9 Class 2A.

Coudersport (19-0) is fresh off clinching its second straight North Tier League title with a win at Austin Monday night. The Falcons have also secured the top seed in the upcoming District 9 2A playoffs, which is easily the best classification in District 9 this season.
Clarion (12-5) is one of the reasons for that. The Bobcats, who could fall anywhere from two through six in what should be a six-team bracket, are coming off a 30-point win over Cranberry Friday night that broke a two-game losing streak. Clarion is looking for a signature win against a Class 2A foe having already lost games to Clarion-Limestone, Keystone and Brockway, who will make up half of the bracket. With Tuesday night’s game, Clarion will play every one of the top six teams in 2A with the exception of three-loss Ridgway.
