CLARION, Pa. – It’s a special Laurel Eye Clinic KSAC Hoops doubleheader on exploreRadio in conjunction with exploreClarion.com when the Keystone girls’ and boys’ visit Clarion in KSAC Crossover play.

It’s a special cancer awareness night at Clarion High School with all cancer survivors and fighters getting in free and a special ceremony honoring them between games of the doubleheader.
Fans can listen to the games, with the girls’ contest tipping off at approximately 6 p.m. followed by the boys’ game at around 7:30 p.m., live on exploreClarion.com. Also, new, there is no need to use the app. You can go straight to the website and the player will work on any mobile device (you may need to hit the play button in order to get the stream to play). If you still have the Apple or Android app, it should work for you, and the Android app is still available to download. The Kerle Tire Pre-Game Show will start at 5:30 p.m. with Dustin Kifer and “The Governor” Bob Dunkle on the call with Chris Rossetti providing pre- and post-game interviews. Mike Kalinowski will take over play-by-play duties for the boys’ contest.
Both girls’ teams are 6-10 on the year and in desperate need of wins to keep fading playoff hopes alive.
Sophomore Kait Constantino has emerged to become the leader for Clarion averaging 14.9 points per game, while junior Wendy Beveridge is also playing a key role at 13.4 points per contest.
Taylor Geer, a 1,000-point scorer for Keystone, is the leading scorer for the Lady Panthers at 19.5 points per game, while Mackenzie Byerley is adding 7.4 points per contest.
The boys’ game features two of the top Class 2A teams in District 9 with Clarion entering the game at 10-5 and Keystone 13-2. The Bobcats had an eight-game win streak snapped by Clarion-Limestone Friday, while Keystone picked up its 10th straight victory Friday with a victory at A-C Valley.
Cam Craig is closing in on 1,000 career points for Clarion and sits 24 points shy of the mark. Craig is averaging 19.4 points per game, while Austin Hummell, who had a 14-point, 16-rebound double-double Friday in the loss at C-L, adds 14.7 points per game.
Keystone is a balanced team offensively led by Dalton Jones’ 12.8 points per game, while Corey Rapp is adding 11.3 points per contest and Nate Wingard 9.4.
