LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — North Clarion graduate Tori Obenrader was named the PSAC West women’s basketball Athlete of the Week Monday.
Obenrader notched a career-high 36 points in Gannon’s win over Fairmont State on Wednesday, becoming only the fifth individual in program history to score at least 36 points in a game and the first since 2003 to score over 35 in a single game. The sophomore set a career-high with 14 field goals.
Obenrader later recorded her fourth straight game this season scoring double-figures, netting 15 points at Lake Erie on Sunday. She nearly finished the week averaging a double-double, with 18 total rebounds.
Gannon is 3-1 on the season and returns to action at 1 p.m. Saturday when it hosts West Chester.
