CLARION, Pa. – Some stability has started to emerge in the Sept. 13 Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com District 9 Football Rankings with all 10 teams remaining the same from last week including the top six staying the same.
Unbeaten Kane (3-0) remains in the top spot for the third straight week followed by Brockway (3-0) and Karns City (2-1) in a tie for the second spot and DuBois (1-2) and Clearfield (2-1) rounding out the top five.
Curwensville (3-0) remains in at No. 6, but Ridgway (3-0) at No. 7, Elk County Catholic (3-0) at No. 8 and Clarion (2-0) at No. 9 all move up one spot and Redbank Valley (1-1) falls to No. 10 after its loss to Karns City last week.
There are no Top 10 matchups this week, although Redbank Valley faces unbeaten Clarion-Limestone in a game that will either solidify the Bulldogs spot in the rankings or move the Lions into the fold.
