SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. – Elk County Catholic moves into the Top Five in the Sept. 5, 2017, Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com Football Rankings.
The Crusaders are off to a strong 2-0 start and are in the rankings for the first time this season. Dropping out of the Top 10 are both Karns City and DuBois, who were tied for No. 10 a week ago.
ECC is the only change to the Top 10 this week, as the other nine spots remain the same. The Top Five features Kane (2-0) in at No. 1 followed by Clearfield (2-0), Clarion (1-0), Ridgway (2-0) and Clarion-Limestone (2-0).
There is one Top 10 matchup this week with No. 9 Brookville (2-0) hosting Clarion.
