Along the way, the Lady Cats beat Coudersport in the District 9 consolation game, WPIAL champion Bishop Canevin in the opening round of the PIAA playoffs and District 6 champion Northern Cambria in the PIAA quarterfinals before falling to eventual state champion Maplewood in the semifinals. Clarion ended the year ranked No. 2 in the state coaches’ poll.
D9Sports.com Sports Editor Chris Rossetti had a chance earlier this week to sit down with the four seniors on the team – Maya Thornton, Alexis Constantino, Sydney Kiser and Maya Miller – to talk about their season and their careers.
