GALETON, Pa. – Visiting Oswayo Valley used a 12-run third inning to topple Galeton, 19-1, in three innings.

Jacob Karr drove in four runs while going 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, a walk and four runs scored to pace the Green Waves, while Garren Black went deep while going 2-for-2 with a walk, three runs scored and three RBIs. Also for the visitors, Camden GRaves doubles, drove in two and scored once, Gavin Babcock had two hits, two RBIs and a run scored, Colton Gietler doubled, walked, drove in two and scored twice and Gunner Bean had a double and an RBI.
Karr got the win going three innings allowing one unearned run on one hit while striking out nine.
CAMERON COUNTY 2, SMETHPORT 0
EMPORIUM, Pa. – Adam Shaffer and Marcus Brown combined on a two-hit shutout, as Cameron County beat visiting Smethport, 2-0.
Shaffer went 3 ⅓ innings of hitless ball walking nine and striking out seven, while Brown got the win giving up two hits while striking out nine in 3 ⅔ innings of work.
Alex Umble scored both of Cameron County’s runs while Brown had the lone RBI for the Red Raiders.
Matt Stratton pitched well in taking the loss. He allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out four in five innings of work. Orion Alexis gave up an unearned run while walking one and striking out one in his lone inning on the mound.
COUDERSPORT 12, PORT ALLEGANY 2, 5 INNINGS
COUDERSPORT, Pa. – Owen Chambers went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and three runs scored as Coudersport dispatched visiting Port Allegany, 12-2, in five innings.
Kullen Crosby also doubled, scored a run and drove in three for the Falcons, while Blake Burgett and Elliot Hite had a pair of RBIs each.
Josh Stevens got the win going four innings allowing one run on four hits and three walks while striking out six. Burgett gave up one run on one hit and two walks while striking out one in one inning of relief.
David Talkington was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs for Port Allegany with Howie Stuckey also going 2-for-3.
Talkington took the loss allowing four runs on two hits and three walks in a ⅓ of an inning.
DUBOIS CENTRAL CATHOLIC 5, PHILIPSBURG-OSCEOLA 0
DUBOIS, Pa. – Thomas Grecco threw 6 ⅔ innings of shutout baseball before having to come out when he reached 101 pitches, as DuBois Central Catholic knocked off visiting Philipsburg-Osceola, 5-0.
Grecco allowed four hits and two walks while striking out 12. Justin Miknis came on to get the final out.
Four of DCC’s five runs came in the bottom of the first with Tyler McIntosh delivering a two-run double in the inning.
McIntosh was 2-for-3 with a run scored and three RBIs.
Grecco helped his own cause going 2-for-2 with a walk and an RBI, Brandon Walker wa 2-for-2 with two runs scored and Domenic Toretti added a double, an RBI and a run scored.
Keegan Soltis took the loss allowing four runs on six hits and a walk while striking out one in four innings of work.
