KARNS CITY, Pa. (EYT/D9) — McKenna Martin notched another hat trick and nine players scored at least one goal for Karns City girls soccer team in a 13-0 win over Keystone on Senior Night.
Addy Christie had two goals and four assists, Emma Dailey two goals and three assists and Avah Burke, Paige Dodd, Shali Slater, Hanna Dailey and Taylor Miller also found the back of the net for the Gremlin.
VOLLEYBALL
Ayanna Ferringer turned in another big night for the surging Cranberry volleyball team with nine kills and four digs as the Berries swept Clarion-Limestone, 25-23, 25-16, 25-21.
Mackenzie Karns pitched in six blocks for Cranberry.
Alyssa Wiant and Maddy Greeley led C-L’s attack with eight kills each. Abby Knapp had 19 digs and Kaylee Smith 24 assists for the Lions.
WILMINGTON 3, KARNS CITY 0 — Rosalie Carden had three kills, eight assists, four digs and four aces, but the Gremlins were swept, 25-22, 25-19, 25-21.
Ava Fox added eight kills for Karns City.
