FOXBURG, Pa. (EYT/D9) – Meah Ielase continued her torrid play with 17 kills and the A-C Valley volleyball team also stayed red hot with a 25-13, 23-25, 25-16, 25-19 win over Moniteau Tuesday night.
Ielase also had 10 digs in the win.
Jenna Stefanacci had 21 assists and 15 digs and Paige Klingler six kills for A-C Valley.
Bella Ielase added nine kills and Mackenzie Parks three kills and three assists.
Brookville 3, Karns City 1 – Natalie Hess, Emma Johns, Ashley Fox and Ava Fox each had eight kills, but the Gremlins fell to the Raiders 21-25, 20-25, 25-17, 23-25.
Rosie Carden had seven kills, 16 assists and 12 digs for the Gremlins.
Johns had a strong all-around night in the loss. The senior also had four aces, 15 assists, a block and six digs.
Ashley Fox had 15 digs and three aces and Ava Fox had 18 digs and three aces for Karns City.
Cranberry 3, Keystone 1 – Ayanna Ferringer had nine kills and Maria Anderson eight kills as the Berries earned the 25-16, 22-25, 25-13, 25-18 win over the Panthers.
Leah Exley had 18 kills and Jozee Weaver added 10 kills, 14 service points and three aces for Keystone (4-2).
Kennedy Kaye added 12 digs for the Panthers.
Boys Soccer
Myles McCully scored the lone goal of the game in the first half off an assist from Adam Smith as Karns City edged Clarion-Limestone, 1-0.
Girls Soccer
McKenna Martin scored six goals and Emma Dailey added three as Karns City routed Clarion, 11-1.
Rossi McMillen stepped out of goal and also found the net for the Gremlins. Sarah Patton also scored on a penalty kick.
Emma Dailey and Cece Morrow each had two assists. Martin, Savanna Prescott, Shali Slater and Sarah Dodd also had assists in the victory.
