PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. – Grace Aikens hit a key two-run, two-out double in the fifth inning to lead Punxsutawney to a 3-2 win over visiting Williamsport.

Kylee Lingenfelter again was strong in the circle again striking out 13 in getting the win. She gave up two runs on four hits and a walk.
Avery Eiswerth and Kathryn Meale had triples for Williamsport.
Skyler Colarusso took the loss in relief going two innings allowing two runs on two hits and a walk while striking out three.
DUBOIS 21, BRADFORD 1, 3 INNINGS
BRADFORD, Pa. – Lexi Ray hit a three-run inside-the-park home run to help visiting DuBois to a 21-1, three-inning win over Bradford.
Tori Gregory got the win for the Lady Beavers.
ST. MARYS 14, BROOKVILLE 1, 6 INNINGS
ST. MARYS, Pa. – Playing the visiting team because of a venue switch from the wet Northside Field in Brookville, St. Marys needed six innings for a 14-1 10-Run Rule win.
The Lady Dutch went three innings each with pitchers Maura Fledderman and Brianna Grotzinger. Fledderman struck out seven with no walks while giving up four hits and Grotzinger gave up three hits and walked two with four strikeouts.
St. Marys hit four doubles, two from Syd Eckert and one each from Bekka Bauer and Britney Shaw. Maddie LeGrys singled twice.
Aleah Ames singled twice for Brookville.
PENNS VALLEY 3, CLEARFIELD 2
SPRING MILLS, Pa. – A three-run fifth inning lifted Penns Valley to a 3-2 win over visiting Clearfield.
Jordan Anderson, Dayna Brown and Lydia Collison all had doubles for the Lady Rams with Anderson going 2-for-2 with a run scored and an RBI.
Brooke Cline and MacKenzie Lansberry had two-base hits for Clearfield with Cline going 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.
Collison got the win going seven innings allowing two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out two.
Abby Fedder took the loss going six innings allowing three runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out three.
CURWENSVILLE 16, HARMONY 0, 5 INNINGS
WESTOVER, Pa. – Sabrina Spencer drove in three runs to help visiting Curwensville to a 16-0, five-inning win over Harmony.
Spencer was 4-for-5 with a double and three runs scored.
Also for the Lady Tide, Mackenzie Anderson was 1-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs scored, Alley Hess was 1-for-3 with two RBIs and Alex Zattoni was 1-for-1 with two runs scored and two RBIs.
Rachel LeGars got the win going five innings allowing two hits.
CLARION-LIMESTONE 16, FOREST AREA 8
TIONESTA, Pa. – Clarion-Limestone broke a 7-7 tie after three innings and pulled away with a 16-8 win over Forest Area at West Forest.
The Lady Lions scored three runs in each of their final three at-bats to put away the Fires, who rallied from a 6-1 deficit to tie the game.
Megan Stahlman, Abby Carl and Karleigh Aaron each had three hits for the Lady Lions, who had 15 hits. Stahlman doubled and tripled, and Carl doubled.
Cassidy Makray threw the final 3 1/3 innings to get the win in relief of the starter Stahlman. She allowed four hits and one earned run in her work, striking out four and walking none.
Jasmine Ginnery had three hits for Forest Area.
KARNS CITY 12, KEYSTONE 2, 5 INNINGS
KARNS CITY, Pa. – A seven-run first inning help Karns City down visiting Keystone, 12-2.
Three Lady Gremlins had multiple-hit games with five players picking up multiple RBIs.
Mackenzie Dunn hit a home run while going 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs, while Alyssa Stitt had a pair of doubles while going 2-for-2 with two walks, two runs scored and two RBIs.
Emily Huff also doubled while going 1-for-2 with a walk, two runs scored and two RBIs, Allison McConnell was 1-for-2 with a double, a run scored and two RBIs and Taylor Ekis was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored.
CAMERON COUNTY 11, NORTHERN POTTER 2
EMPORIUM, Pa. – Amily Schatz and Alyvia McKimm both had four-hit days to lead Cameron County past visiting Northern Potter, 11-2.
Schatz was 4-for-4 with a home run, two doubles, two runs scored and two RBIs, and McKimm was 4-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBIs.
Laila Smith also went deep for the Lady Raiders while going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored
Kelsee Reid also doubled while going 3-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI, and Ashlea Burgett was 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.
Kalie Cowburn had a double and two RBIs for Northern Potter.
Smith got the win going seven innings allowing two runs on six hits while striking out six.
JOHNSONBURG 20, KANE 0, 3 INNINGS
KANE, Pa. – Maria Jones threw a three-inning no-hitter striking out two, and Johnsonburg pounded out 17 hits on its way to a 20-0 win at Kane.
Seven of those hits were for extra bases including a home run by Alyssa Kasmierski, a double and a triple by Michaela Herzing, two triples by Mackenzie Freeman, a triple by Jones and a double by Lindsey Kocjancic.
Kasmierski drove in five runs while going 2-for-3 with a walk, and four runs scored, Herzing was 2-for-3 with four RBIs and two runs scored, Jones was 2-for-3 with a walk and four runs scored, Kocjancic was 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs, Freeman was 2-for-2 with two runs scored and three RBIs, Jordan Bundy was 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI and Haylee Zimmerman was 1-for-2 with two RBIs.
OTTO-ELDRED, GALETON SPLIT TWINBILL
DUKE CENTER, Pa. – Otto-Eldred and Galeton split a doubleheader at Otto-Eldred with the Lady Terrors winning the first game 12-0 only to see the visiting Lady Tigers take the second one, 3-1.
In the opener, Harlee VanScooter was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles for Otto-Eldred with Autumn Smith going 2-for-4 with a double and Emilee Sheeler adding a double.
Alyssa Sheelander was the winning pitcher allowing a hit and a walk while striking out seven.
Makayla Shadle took the loss allowing four hits and three walks while striking out 11. Kara Parsell gave up six hits and four walks.
In the nightcap, Shadle shutdown Otto-Eldred limiting the Lady Terrors to one run on five hits and two walks while striking out 10.
She outdueled Camryn Thomas, who gave up three runs on three hits and three walks while striking out five.
Shadle helped herself with a two-run single in the fifth.
Thomas and VanScooter each had doubles for Otto-Eldred.
SMETHPORT SWEEPS PORT ALLEGANY
PORT ALLEGANY, Pa. – Giving up 13 unearned runs in two games spelled the doom of Port Allegany, which dropped a doubleheader to visiting Smethport by scores of 11-3 and 14-3.
Emily Treat got the win in Game One allowing three runs on six hits and three walks while striking out four.
Heidi Lent paced Smethport’s offense going 4-for-4 with two doubles and five RBIs with Hailey Wright going 2-for-4.
Mackenzie Burr took the loss allowing 11 runs on 10 hits and three walks while striking out three. Six of the runs were unearned.
Hannah Lathrop led the offense for Port Allegany in the first game going 2-for-4 with double and an RBI. Lauren Dynda was 1-for-2 with two walks and three runs scored.
In the second game, Haleigh Larson was 4-for-4 with a three-run home run, a double and six RBIs for Smethport with Abbey Woodard going 3-for-4 with a two-run home run.
Lathrop led Port Allegany going 3-for-3 with a home run, while Cailey Barnett was 2-for-4 with a double.
Burr was charged with 14 runs, seven earned, on 14 hits while striking out three.
