District 9 has released the brackets for the boys and girls basketball playoffs, which begin Tuesday.

The Elk County Catholic boys and girls teams both received the No. 1 seed in Class A.
The Redbank Valley boys are the top seed in Class 2A.
Brockway will play Clarion-Limestone in the girls Class 2A championship game.
In 3A, the Brookville boys are the champs and will wait for it’s subregional pairing.
Punxsutawney snagged the top seed in the 3A girls bracket and will take on Moniteau. Redbank Valley is the two-seed and will play Karns City.

Class 4A
Boys: Clearfield is the No. 1 seed and received a bye. No. 2 Punxsutawney will play Bradford.
Girls: St. Marys and Clearfield will meet in the title game.
Class 5A
Boys and girls: DuBois is in the subregionals.
