HERSHEY, Pa. – After a week’s wait because of last weekends winter weather, seven District 9 Competitive Spirit Squads are set for the PIAA Championships Friday and Saturday at the Giant Center in Hershey.
District 9 champions Keystone (Large Varsity), A-C Valley (Co-Ed Varsity), Cranberry (Medium Varsity) and Elk County Catholic (Small Varsity) will be joined by wild-card squads Karns City (Large Varsity), St. Marys (Small Varsity) and Redbank Valley (Small Varsity) at the championships.
For anyone interested in watching the competition, which starts with the preliminaries Friday and continues with the championships Saturday, the event up through the semifinals will be streamed live on the NFHS Network starting at 9 a.m. Friday. The event will also be available for viewing on demand. The championships will be live streamed on the PCN Network starting at Noon Saturday.
