Redbank Valley Torches Forest Behind Mylee Harmon’s 29; Keystone Grind Out Win Over Union

NEW BETHLEHEM, Pa. (EYT/D9) — Mylee Harmon scored 16 of her game-high 29 points in the first quarter as the Redbank Valley girls basketball team built a 51-9 lead in the first half on the way to a 77-16 win on Friday night.

Alivia Huffman added 15 points and Adyson Bond 13 for the Bulldogs (9-1).

Amber Guzzi led Forest with seven points.

KEYSTONE 48, UNION 39

Emma Gruber and Jill Winters each scored 11 points to as the Panthers held off the Damsels.

Cheyenne Dowling scored 16 points for Union to lead all scorers.

Keystone led 24-15 at the half and 39-25 after three quarter, but Union chipped away at the lead in the fourth. The Panthers, though, were able to nurse the lead.

Natalie Bowser added nine points for the Panthers.

Hailey Theuret scored seven of her eight points in the fourth for Union. Katie Gezik also scored eight for the Damsels.

CRANBERRY 38, A-C VALLEY 12

Kendell Findlay scored 13 points and Jadyn Shumaker pitched in 12 to lead the Berries.

Cranberry led 18-4 at the half.

Mackenzie Parks scored four points and Maddy Dehart had eight rebounds to pace the Falcons.
