TREY’S DAY: Fleming Helps Rally Union Past A-C Valley; Redbank Salts Away Win at the Free Throw Line

FOXBURG, Pa. (EYT/D9) — Trey Fleming scored 27 points — seven coming in a pivotal fourth quarter — as the Union boys basketball team rallied for a 52-48 road win over A-C Valley on Tuesday night.

The Golden Knights entered the final frame behind, but outscored the Falcons, 17-10, over the last eight minutes to get the win and give A-C Valley its first KSAC loss.

Dawson Camper pitched in nine points and nine boards for Union.

Jay Clover led the way for A-C Valley with 14 points. Brody Dittman added 10 for the Falcons.

REDBANK VALLEY 69, MONITEAU 64

In another KSAC showdown, Owen Clouse scored 18 points, Kieran Fricko 17 and Breckin Minich 16 to lead the Bulldogs past the Warriors.

Redbank was 23 of 30 from the free throw line, including 14 of 17 there in the fourth quarter.

Minich was 7 of 8 in the game.

Andrew Zepeda scored 19 to lead Moniteau.

CLARION 76, FOREST 22

Devon Lauer scored 18 points in lead 12 players in the scoring column for the Bobcats.

Owen Kriebel also reached double digits with 10 points for Clarion.

NORTH CLARION 70, VENANGO CATHOLIC 28

Logan Bish scored 13 points and Ethan Carll contributed 10 to lead the Wolves.

Konner Beichner led Venango Catholic with 15.
