INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO THE GAME

• Games have been postponed because of COVID-19
Player Information Form (to be filled out by March 16, 2020) – Required to be able to play
• Game Waiver Form (Bring with you filled out to the game) – Required to be able to play
• NCAA Acknowledgement Form (Bring with you filled out to the game) – Required to be able to play

• Any type of basketball shorts are acceptable. Team colors will be announced prior to the game
• A Certified Athletic Trainer will be at the game for any pre-game, in-game or post-game needs
